A showy, round fruit that is frequently called a minature orange. The peel is thin, smooth and seperates easily from the fruit though it is generally eaten with the pulp. Calamondins are very juicy, highly acidic. It is a great substitute for lemon or lime, and is often squeezed into ice tea.
