We had a great time creating this more “adult jelly” from Passion Fruit. It took us 4 tries to get just the right amount of heat from the Habenero along with the tangy flavor of the Passion Fruit. This Jelly is terrific on cream cheese and is an outstanding glaze when you’re grilling chicken or pork. We have even had a report of using it as a marinade for shoulder steak.
